Short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us (company and the details of your inquiry). We do not collect more than that, and we do not buy information about you from anyone else.
How we use it
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin working together, to administer your service agreement. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the services you have asked for.
Client data
In the course of managed services we may have access to systems containing sensitive information, including protected health information. That access is governed by your service agreement and any applicable business associate agreement, not by this policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is necessary to function. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated to say so before they are enabled.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Write to info@phoenixit.services and we will respond.
